Comparative assessment of the growth rate of physical development of preschool children

Timely dynamic monitoring of the physical development of a growing organism is necessary to determine the individual characteristics of growth and maturation. During the period of growth and development of the child, silks in the RF can easily turn into pathological processes, especially with prolonged exposure to unfavorable factors. Physical development reflect the processes of growth and development of the body at certain stages of ontogenesis, when genotypic data under the influence of environmental factors are phenotypic manifestations.

Iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirishda psihofarmakoterapiya xarajatlarini kamaytirish bilan bog‘liq (davolash maqsadida buyuriladigan dori preparatlarning takroriy retseptlari, shuningdek asoratlar va qoldiq ko‘rinishlarni bartaraf etish uchun qo‘shimcha tibbiy va reabilitatsiya davolash choralari)ni ko‘riladi. Jahon sog'liqni saqlash tashkiloti (JSST) rasmiy ma'lumotlariga ko'ra, dunyo aholisining 3 foizi qandli diabetdan aziyat chekmoqda. Har yili 600 mingdan ortiq yangi aniqlangan holatlar qayd etiladi va har 15 yilda diabetga chalinganlar soni ikki baravar ko'payadi. Umuman olganda, zamonaviy dunyoda 150 million qandli diabet bilan kasallangan bemorlar bor, 2010 yilda ularning soni 230 millionga yaqin, 2025 yilda esa 300 millionga yaqin bo'lishi taxmin qilinmoqda. Hozirgi vaqtda faqat AQShda 15-17 millionga yaqin odam qandli diabet bilan kasallangan, Evropada esa 1,5 millionga yaqin bemor bor.

The question of modern possibilities of complex diagnostics of nodular formations of the thyroid gland is considered. Despite the large number of studies conducted, it is not always possible to correctly establish the exact morphological diagnosis of thyroid nodules, which indicates the need to improve existing and search for new more informative diagnostic methods. In this respect, reports on the use of tissue pressure measurements in the thyroid glands for differential diagnosis of various pathologies of this organ appear to be very promising. Currently, ultrasound is an effective diagnostic method. This article discusses thyroid nodules and its diagnosis.

Gynecology is the treatment, diagnosis and prevention of diseases of the female reproductive system. Prevention of diseases in gynecology can be improved by better understanding of health promotion and management of diseases. A descriptive analysis was performed on scientific studies in several published articles in medical journals and books. Anticipate and plan, organize, command, coordinate and control. If we introduce the following definition in the sense of medical science and apply it to the medical practice that would mean way of recognizing, managing and resolving issues of diagnosis and therapy of diseases (in this case gynecology diseases) according to certain guidelines and treatment algorithms.

Differential diagnosing with MRI patterns of CNS lesion in NMOSD

Opticomyelitis or Devik's disease is an autoimmune progressive demyelinating disease of the central nervous system, with a predominant lesion of the optic nerves and spinal cord, which can lead to both loss of vision and death. One of the common causes of mortality in this disease is the difficulty associated with the differential diagnosis of opticomyelitis with multiple sclerosis. A distinctive difficulty in diagnosis is the clinical cases of opticomyelitis in which periventricular asymptomatic foci in the brain can be detected. Their clinic and laboratory data can be very similar, but they need to be differentiated among themselves in the selection of therapy, since the drugs used for multiple sclerosis are not only ineffective in patients with opticomyelitis, but can even cause an increase in the frequency of exacerbations. Due to the reasons for the high disability of patients (blindness: in at least one eye in 50% of patients with recurrent and 25% of patients with a monophasic form of the disease) and mortality, the optimization of clinical trial methods is still an urgent issue. To date, there are already the main diagnostic methods for Opticomyelitis developed by the international team for the diagnosis of Opticomyelitis. That is why the integration of these methods into the realities of Uzbekistan is an extremely important task.

Cystic drift is one of the leading gynecological diseases, and the number of patients with this disease is growing every year. In recent years, the age of women with cystic drift is much younger, and the average age of onset of the disease is 21-39 years. Around the world there are 126 million child birth per year. 126 000 of these get sick with cystic drift or chorionic cancer. Since trophoblastic diseases are now more common in women of reproductive age, they cause infertility, disability, stress and even death in women. When studying the prevalence of the disease, cystic drift is higher among rural women than among urban women. This is due to the large number of rural population and the large number of pregnancies among rural women.

In young children this may result in pulling at the ear, increased crying, and poor sleep. Decreased eating and a fever may also be present. The other main type is otitis media with effusion (OME), typically not associated with symptoms, although occasionally a feeling of fullness is described; it is defined as the presence of non-infectious fluid in the middle ear for more than three months

Otomycosis is a disease caused by mold and yeast-like fungi. Affects the middle and outer ear. Occasionally there is a recurrence of the fungus after surgery. In addition, both adults and children suffer at the same frequency. The risk of the disease is that it is almost asymptomatic in the early stages of its development. Infection is often detected only after serious complications have occurred. This article discusses the treatment and prevention of otomycosis.

Before marketing a new drug, the manufacturer almost never tests the product in pregnant women to determine its effects on the fetus. Consequently, most drugs are not labeled for use during pregnancy. Typically, descriptions of drugs that appear in the Physicians' Desk Reference and similar sources contain statements such as, “Use in pregnancy is not recommended unless the potential benefits justify the potential risks to the fetus.” Since the risk has been adequately established for only a few drugs, physicians caring for pregnant women have very little information to help them decide whether the potential benefits to the mother outweigh the risks to the fetus. These typical disclaimers, although understandable from the medicolegal standpoint, put large numbers of women and their physicians in difficult situations for several reasons.

Frequency of cardiovascular risk factors among the population of Ferghana valley

In the article analyzed frequency of cardiovascular risk factors according to patients’ gender and number of risk factors. Results showed, that, every second men and women had arterial hypertension, overweight/obesity. Smoking became as the main risk factor in men and was revealed in 70,9% (p=0,0001). Among residents of Fergana valley 84,3% men and 41,9% women had 3 and more risk factor (p=0,0001). Amount of the cardiovascular risk factors increased according to age of people.

Increasing the effectiveness of external otitis with hirudotherapy

The article presents the results of studying the effectiveness of hirudotherapy in patients with otitis externa pathology. The functional activity of the auditory nerve was studied in 68 patients with otitis externa pathology. For two weeks the patients underwent hirudotherapy (16-28 leeches). As a result of the treatment, an increase in the functional activity of the organ, the normalization of hydrodynamics, and positive shifts in general and local hemodynamics were noted. The results obtained make it possible to recommend hirudotherapy in the complex treatment of patients with external otitis media.
