This paper describes UV-Visible spectroscopic and electrochemical behavior of In 2O 3 and In 2O 3:Sn in thin films on the glass substrates of n-type transparent conductive oxide (TCP) electrodes. The methods of TCP thin films manufacture have been outlined. The optical absorption and electrochemical properties of In 2O 3 thin films in pure and doped forms have been studied. The mechanisms of electrical conductivity and optical transmission are interdependent. The information in this paper may help in choosing the most appropriate TCP electrode materials for new applications in inorganic and organic solar cells and other optoelectronic devices.

Optimal control of the model of dynamics of forest resources

The article deals with the model of use of forest resources, in which the competition for conditions of environment influences on the life cycle of trees. The necessary optimality conditions in the forms of finite dimensional and differential principles of maximum are deduced for the corresponding optimal control task. Numerical method, based on these conditions, is constructed.

Описаны биоморфология и онтогенез редкого эндемичного вида Oxytropis stukovii, изучена онтогенетическая структура популяции. Онтогенез вида включает 4 периода и 8 возрастных состояний. Факторами, ограничивающими распространение данного вида, по нашему мнению, являются его стенотопность, а также резкие колебания численности и онтогенетической структуры популяций в зависимости от климатических условий разных лет.

Phonetic experiment on the Changchun dialect pronunciation of individual words guan yichun

This is a study of the dialect pronunciation of individual words among the residents of Changchun using the methods of experimental phonology and comparative studies. The subjects are divided into two age groups, the young and the middle- and old-aged. The basebands of the recordings are analysed using PRAAT software and after follow-up process the T-value of each group is placed in comparison with the 5-tier result of conventional study on the same subjects. The analyses of the experimental results are based on the theories in the phoneme, experimental phonology and differentiating phonetics. The conclusions are: the basic characters of the tones in the two age groups are the same, the 5-tier values of the two age groups very slightly, the young group has a bigger range of tones than the middle- and old- age group, and the changing mode of tones is the core of dialects and in Changchun this mode has very little influence on the learning of Putonghua.

Practice research of HSKK training abroad

With the recent Confucius Institute Scholarship applicants gradually increased, HSKK abroad has been widely welcomed. HSKK attend prep courses to candidates who provide a lot of direct assistance is also more direct and effective exam options. However, HSKK prep is a multi-dimensional, multi-space of the training process, whether overseas Chinese teachers with extensive experience in counseling and training, the candidate is in the Chinese language environment, and other factors will affect the effectiveness of training. HSKK absence of systematic guidance and training materials abroad, the tutor must not only have a higher language professionalism, but also self-examination materials, self-teaching materials, as all the preparatory work done before counseling training, including HSKK comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the content and form, a clear focus on training, the development of scientific and effective counseling methods to determine the training of precautions, which also includes the actual situation within the country according to local conditions vary to develop effective training programs, and thus can be achieved relatively good quality and effectiveness of training. HSKK counseling is a multi-dimensional, multi-space of the training process, whether abroad Chinese teachers with extensive experience in counseling and training, the candidate is in the Chinese language environment will affect their training effectiveness. Abroad in HSKK counseling and training of Chinese teachers should not only have a higher language professionalism, but also with the actual situation in the country in line with local conditions vary to develop effective science training programs in order to achieve relatively good quality of training and effects.

Study on biochemical and phytochemical composition of oats (Avena sativa)

Oats (Avena sativa) are a type of cereal grain. Oats are an important health benefits for human consumption and has relatively higher protein and healthy fats, and lower in carbohydrates compared to other cereals. Oats help to remove cholesterol from the cardiac blood flow to prevent thrombus, to normalize metabolism, to immune-stimulate, to activate thyroid gland and to eject toxic substance. Numerous studies have shown that oat polyphenols had antioxidant properties but no data are available for similar activity on proteins and peptides.

The application of interactive principle in the teaching of Chinese for law majors

The problem of disconnection of Chinese teaching and non-Chinese major teaching exists in the teaching of Chinese as a second language. That is, after learning some basic Chinese, foreign students still can‘t learn Chinese related with their majors well. Large amount of professional vocabulary and knowledge are strange to foreign students. Basic teaching of Chinese as a second language can‘t meet the demand of their majors. Therefore, as to the dilemma in the teaching of Chinese as a second language and based on the features of the teaching of Law Major-inspiration, participation and democracy, the paper proposes that interactivity should be applied in the teaching of Chinese for Law majors, so as to improve students’ interest in learning Chinese related to Law and achieve the goal of successful Chinese teaching and teaching of Law major.

The geochemical characteristics of the phosphorite from Mankhan-Uul deposit, Mongolia

Phosphorite of Mankhan-Uul deposit consists of silica type's phosphorite. Mankhan-Uul's phosphorite dominated quartz and hydrogen carbonate phosphate minerals. Toxic elements such as a Pb, As, Ni, Cr, Cd, Co, Sr, Си, Zn, Mn concentrations were lower than the average world phosphate and Clark of phosphate rock's concentrations. Average concentration of U was 16.35 g/ton in Mankhan-Uul deposit and it was lower than average world phosphate. First time we had determined enrichment factor (EF) of toxic elements in the phosphorite from Mankhan-Uul. The result shows that all toxic elements EF of Mankhan-Uul deposit except Cr were lower than EF of the world average phosphate.

The poem “Shakespeare” by B. Pasternak: a genre and semantic aspect

The article analyzes the poem by B. Pasternak “Shakespeare” (the cycle “Five Stories”) in the aspect of its lyrical-epic genre peculiarity, its interpretation potentials at the inter-textual and hermeneutic levels and poetics of lyric intentions as well. According to the authors, the inter-textual level is orientated towards a dialogue situation with the previous tradition mainly presented by some reminiscences and allusions. The hermeneutic level is reflected in appeal to Shakespeare’s and other authors’ literary texts for understanding the universal significance of the literary hero status, a complicated process of his identification (“self-identity”). The hero that recognizes himself as a part of a global literary context combines the elements of epic, lyrical and even dramatic types, pretending to perform a certain primordial generic syncretism. The authors analyze the poem, taking into consideration Pasternak’s views on Shakespeare’s personality presented in his critical notes (“Comments on Translating Shakespeare”), Shakespeare’s figurative embodiment in the poet’s reflexive practice. The article presents the first translation of the analyzed poem into English by M. Korablina and T. Kline.

Air pollution has major health impacts on people living in Ulaanbaatar. As written in the WORLD BANK report: ”Ambient annual average particulate matter concentrations in the capital of Mongolia are 10-25 times greater than Mongolian air quality standards and are among the highest recorded measurements in any world capital. ”Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) induced by air pollution wasfound to be a major cause of illness in Mongolia. We measured a wide range of parameters of the oxidant-antioxidant status in erythrocyte membrane, cytosol, plasma and urine of 188 patients with COPD and 48 healthy controls (HC). All data used in this paper is gathered since 2008 at the First National Central Hospital of Mongolia. Using the data mining methodology we selected highly effective features among them. Correlations between features were determined by SPSS 20. Also the results were analyzed using SPSS 20 for Windows; data are reported as mean, standard deviations and standard errors. The “Chekhov’s elements” of satiracal arts in Lu Xun’s novels

As a world-class literary and artistic Master, Chekhov has a comprehensive and profound impact of Mr. Lu Xun'sz works. The "Chekhov's element" can be felt from almost everywhere in the Lu Xun's novels. Lu Xun's works had been demonstrated by the concept of Chekhov's art and wisdom. In the areas of the choice of subjects, art practices in the use and deep humanistic concern. From the perspective of text analysis, we can elucidate the "Chekhov's element" of art of Lu Xun's satirical novels from three aspects such as the irony of the consistency of the principles of object orientation, ironic language arts generation strategy fit, the same ironically basic outlook on the world art. By analysis and interpretation, through this several aspects, we can enhance and deepen the two great masters in literature and have a unique artistic ability and appreciation of their artistic content of thick understanding and comprehend.

Owing to ascertaining the scientific essence of the theories such as Chinese-Korean en-yan, rlung-mkhis-badgan or Lung-Ti-badgan of Tibetan-Mongolian traditional medicine and vatta-pitta-kappa of Indian-Ayurved, the bases for administration and treatment of the Oriental medicine tendency toexplain some unclear issues that cannot be solved through the contemporary medicineis expanded. While, professor M. Ambaga has disclosed a pass to “new apperception” related to the theories, diagnoses and therapy of the contemporary medicine, thus he called it “NCM-newly coded medicine”. Thanks to it coherence between the theoretical and methodological approaches of traditional and contemporary medicineshas been elicited. However, no any study on three state line of membrane-potential in link with abstractly coded codifications of rlung, mkhis and badgan has been done. On this reason, study has been done in order to define the relevance of membrane redoxy potential three state lines in link with rlung, mkhis, badgan, the fundamental theory of the traditional medicine.

Use of natural zeolite for ammonium ion removal from aqueous solution

This study assesses the potential of natural Mongolian clinoptilolite for ammonium ion removal from aqueous solution. The effect of relevant parameters, such as pH, adsorbent dosage, contact time and initial ammonium concentration was examined, respectively. The results show that pH contributes to ammonium removal efficiency as it can influence both the character of the exchanging ions and clinoptilolite itself, ammonium removal by clinoptilolite occurs rapidly within the first 15 minutes of contact time, the ammonium removal capacity of clinoptilolite increases with the increase of the initial ammonium concentration. Langmuir and Freundlich models were applied to describe the equilibrium isotherms of ammonium uptake. Freundlich model correlates very well with the experimental data. Based on the results, it can be concluded that natural zeolite is suitable for the removal of NH 4+ ions in sewage.

Word formation of onomatopoeia and mimetic words in Korean and Mongolian

Previous comparative studies about Korean-Mongolian onomatopoeic and mimetic words have focused on phonemics. There are few on morphemics. Also researches on Mongolian onomatopoeic and mimetic words are not currently active. Dr. M. Bazarragchaa’s research is the one which is mainly foused and studied on modern Mongolian onomatopoeic and mimetic words. Many other scholars have studied onomatopoeic words and mimetic, however their studies mostly have dealt with parts of speech, especially adverbs. Therefore this study aims to investigate morphemic distinction of Korean and Mongolian onomatopoeic and mimetic words, to examine structure and formation of Korean-Mongolian onomatopoeic and mimetic words in terms of morphemics.

«Божественное» насилие в процессе социальных трансформаций

В статье исследуется одна из форм насилия, доминантная на определенном этапе социальных трансформаций, основанное на вере «божественное» насилие, реализовывающееся путем сакрализации насильственных действий. Отмечается, что реализация «божественного» насилия происходит на основании веры в харизматичного лидера, веры в неизменность мира, веры в чудесный мир. Особое внимание уделено составляющим «божественного» насилия: магическому и ритуальному (или ритуально-символическому) мышлению. Роль магического мышления в «божественном» насилии заключается в подборе правильной интерпретации необходимости его осуществления, сакрализации жертв насилия через объяснение их гибели действием закона высшего замысла и испытанием высших сил. Утверждение «божественного» насилия сказывается на появлении и включении в культуру определенных символов, проведении новых социальных ритуалов, которые в дальнейшем становятся составляющими и «рационального» насилия. Задача социального ритуала - осуществить коллективный акт непрямого насилия. Социальные ритуалы как составляющие социальных трансформаций проводятся в момент, когда насилие проходит стадию пароксизма и утверждается в массовом сознании идея необходимости мира и порядка. Определено, что инструментом «божественного» насилия является установление нового отсчета исторического времени.
