Facilities for personal self-realization in the university multimedia educational environment

Introduction. Socio-cultural changes in the community cause the problem of cadets' professional self-realization in a multimedia learning environment of the educational organization of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, which is a significant area of cadets' practice-focused training and it determines the dynamics and effectiveness of the professional growth. The aim of the research is to reveal interconnection between motivation and focus on professional self-realization of a person in the course of studies at a higher educational institution. Materials and Methods. To study the specifics of cadets' professional self-realization in a multimedia learning environment of an educational organization of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs some problematic issues arising in practicefocused training were examined. The method of “Test-Judgments of Personal Self-Realization” was employed. The survey involved forty-two first-year cadets from 19 to 21 years old. Results and Discussion. Basing on the revealed contradictions between the necessity for improvement of the process of cadets' professional self-realization in the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs with regard to modern requirements on the one hand and insufficiently developed theoretical reasoning of its content, implementation of pedagogical conditions and informational communication practice-focused technologies into the educational process of the higher school on the other hand, pedagogical facilities were developed as a collection of necessary and sufficient means contributing to the organization of selfeducation, creation of practice-focused facilities targeted on professional self-realization and promoting individual and differentiated assistance for cadets, formation of confidential area of interaction among the subjects, implementation of active learning methods, professional focus of the applied electronic educational programmes and educational informational communication technologies. Conclusions. The facilities developed and implemented in the cadets' training can be of practical interest for using the concepts of personal self-realization in a multimedia educational environment of higher school of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
