Transprofessional competencies of teachers in conditions of uncertainty: an inside look

The results of a study of the readiness of teachers to master transprofessional competences in the context of innovations related to the digitalization of education are presented. Based on the analysis of the teachers’ questioning results, the hierarchy of transprofessional competencies clusters in the digital environment is presented and the conditions for the professional self-development of teachers in the system of contituing education are outlined.
