Formation and development of scientific and pedagogical ideas on the example of the national school functioning in Kuban in the 20-30th of XX century

The article presents the historical process of the formation of a new paradigm of school education -the national school. The article allows identifying the essential aspects of the construction of a national school in a single poly-ethnic region - the Kuban. The author does not refer accidentally to this time period in a special, transitional period in the history of Russian enlightenment, namely in the 20-30s of the 20th century, the time when the educational model of the “labor school” is implemented. As an example, acting in the Kuban in 1921-1932 is considered of Ukrainian national school. In this article, the author defines and analyzes the concept of “national education” both in historical and pedagogical and in modern aspects. This issue is considered on the example of the Kuban Territory, where exactly in this region the formation of a whole network of schools (including national ones) was effective. It was this event that became one of the main successful trends in the implementation of the cultural revolution in the Kuban, in the elimination of the illiteracy of the national peoples (minorities) inhabiting these territories. We consider the objective and subjective factors in the development of schools in the Kuban, which are historically determined.
