В работе описаны особенности обследования и лечения пациентов с почечно-клеточным раком стадий T1N0M0 и T2N0M0. Приведены физикальные, лабораторные, рентгенологические, ультразвуковые методы диагностики. Особое внимание уделено описанию радионуклидных методов диагностики - динамической нефросцинтиграфии и статической нефросцинтиграфии. Проведено сравнение информативности различных методик с точки зрения определения функции почки как основного фактора прогноза развития осложнений в послеоперационном периоде.
