Implementation of competence approach in the construction of the content of technical education

At present, the design of the content of technical education, one of the problems to be solved by the staff of the Institute of priority technologies Volgograd State University, is a problem related to the need to develop a competence model of graduate training and appropriate software documentation, as well as strategies for the development of appropriate educational programs. This paper presents the elements of the algorithm for constructing elements of the content of technical education, providing for the formation of all kinds of competencies at any level of education, in accordance with the appropriate level of its development.
