This creates ideal conditions for the emergence of open personal (network) education based on relevant and advanced content, involving many new educational providers, cooperation between students and teachers, creating motivating interactive educational environments and spaces. All this will allow educational systems to become more flexible, varied and personalized and at the same time more and more global.
