Needs of administration of institutional evolution of performing arts

This article discusses the importance of performing arts as a social institution and examines the reasons for which there is a need of control and regulation, taking into account the fact that in the sphere of culture appropriate indirect method of regulation, rather than direct effects on values and morality. Considering the management arrangements institutional evolution of performing arts, it should be noted that regulatory mechanisms of social institutions implemented in two forms: self-regulation and regulation with the purpose of social interaction. Based on the conducted research the author came to the conclusion that the performing arts should be seen as a social institution that creates conditions for satisfaction of social needs in the emotional-aesthetic and ideological-emotional communication through the use of effect of complicity, empathy and co-creation viewer. Specification of visual arts is art culture. The study of the origin and development of performing arts reveals, first and foremost, the social and moral functions of the spectacle. The article explains that to ensure the development of the performing arts as a social institution and reduce the negative transformation processes in the industry of show business, leveling the fulfillment of social functions of performing arts, it is necessary to provide a reasonable combination of public, private and mixed forms of the functioning of performing arts.
