Неолиберальная трансформация образовательных систем западных стран

В статье рассматриваются основные постулаты неолиберальной доктрины образования: внедрение рыночных отношений в образовательное пространство, сокращение финансирования системы образования, приватизация государственной системы образования. Авторы обращают внимание на то, как влияние процессов неолиберальной глобализации радикально преобразует систему образования ведущих западных стран. На глобальном уровне это приводит к серьезной конкуренции между национальными образовательными системами, на национальном - к новым практикам управления на базе рыночной и конкурентной ментальности. Результатом является формирование дуальной системы образования, отражающей экономическую и социальную поляризованность общества. Высказано предположение, что неолиберальные тенденции, активно проникающие в систему современного образования, бросают вызов национальным культурным и педагогическим достижениям, провоцируют противоречия в образовательной среде и социальные риски.
