Состояние желудочно-кишечного тракта на современном этапе развития онкологии изучено в недостаточной степени. Органы желудочно-кишечного тракта, являясь одними из наиболее радио- и химиочувствительных, страдают при применении любой схемы лечения и, если оценка состояния их в процессе лечения и проводится, то только при наличии жалоб пациента. В данной работе предпринята попытка описания эндоскопической картины всего желудочно-кишечного тракта в процессе и после химиолучевого лечения.
