With the high mobile phone penetration and subsequent significant usage of mobile phone applications, mobile users have become prime targets of hackers. Secure Software Development (SSD) advocates incorporating security aspects at the initial stages of software development. This study proposes a novel Mobile Application Development Lifecycle by reviewing SSD concepts and incorporating these concepts into MADLC- a mobile-focused software development lifecycle to create a security-aware Mobile Application Development Lifecycle (sMADLC). The proposed development lifecycle, sMADLC, can potentially help mobile application developers create secure software that can withstand hacker aggression and assure mobile application users of the confidentiality, integrity and availability of their data and systems.

Breathless flow in data collection and storage mechanism has enabled Firms to heap up a massive amount of data. In many cases, these huge volumes of data can be mined for fascinating and applicable information in a wide range of applications. When the arrival of data is fast as well in a large bunches in term of amount, this lead major problem to go through this data in both the circumstances in store it and in extracting the useful information from it. To taking under these issues continues mining or stream mining is a best way. Data steam mining allows to not storing the entire data for future prediction which lead to overcome the e-vestige and unnecessary storage overhead. But there is no such way in literature to mine continues data direct, so first one make it feasible accordingly and then mine it. Here in this paper we present an algorithm which handle stream data in very effective manner.

Water state of plants has an important effect on their growth. In this paper, water state of plant leaves were simulated using Fluent, a CFD simulation software, and principles of physiological structure of plant leaf and the water transportation were analyzed through combination of plant physiology and fluid dynamics. Firstly, a simulation model of plant leaves was established in Gambit, a preprocessor software for Fluent; after that, the model was simulated in Fluent; then the results were exported to Tecplot, a post-processing software; finally, three-dimensional data graphics of the distribution of velocity, temperature and pressure were obtained, and analysis on the simulation results were made. The result of this paper is helpful for the further study of plant leaf physiology and future water-saving irrigation.

The incorporation of technology in waste management of smart cities will immensely contribute to the reduction of cost and complexities of current waste management systems by improving their efficiency, health safety, and productivity. It will also help to lessen the negative impact of waste management activities on the environment, thus contributing to the smart city scenario. Present designs are not refined enough to accomplish a liberal, generous and viable waste organization segment.Various solutions have been offered for implementing smart collection, transportation, and disposal of waste, yet efficient waste management has not been achieved. . It is basic to have a sharp technique for directing and coordinating waste and also the garbage level should be educated in-time when to be taken, and likewise, all the accomplices should know that what kind of waste in what sum needs to be collected.To ensure such efficient collection and management of waste, we propose a “Smart Bin for Waste Management System using Communication Platform as a Service Clouds & Internet of Things (IoT)”. In this prototype system, a unique ID is assigned to each garbage bin. The bins are equipped with an embedded system to measure the garbage level and other indicators such as temperature and tilt in the garbage bin. These sensors detect different events such as the bin getting filled up to its maximum level or tilting beyond a certain threshold and the system sends an alert message to the municipal authorities or central monitoring station using SMS, E-mail, & Voice-call. It also provides route optimization to the pickup vehicle, responsible for garbage collection in the concerned area.

The problem in the learning community in the culinary field is that there is still a lot of cooking knowledge that is lost because the person concerned dies before being inherited, the many types of dishes that are still separated in small groups, the emergence of various types of fast food that do not pay attention to the correct way of cooking with recipes, methods, and processes according to Health standards. Culinary is an alternative business that is very promising and supports the community's economy and a culinary tourism trend that is currently in great demand by all groups. From these problems, we need a learning community in the field of culture that can be a solution. The learning community components are seen from four perspectives, namely, explore where the author uses the SECI model, and explain where knowledge is disseminated through mobile learning with features tailored to user needs. The practice begins with selecting the recipe, the ingredients used, the cooking process, validation, and feedback from the participants. And the engage perspective obtained good interaction from participants and to produce new recipes requires learning that is done repeatedly by combining various recipes, ingredients, and methods so that new recipes are produced that have unique and interesting characteristics and have taste, aroma and deliciousness and good nutritional value. The number of references used were 72 papers sourced from journals as many as 54 papers (75%) and the remaining 18 papers (25%) sourced from conferences, websites & white papers, and research reports. There were 15 papers published in 1991 – 2010 and 2011 – 2021 as many as 57 papers. This research is still limited to the learning community component in the culinary field, seen from four perspectives, and has not discussed the model that has been validated by experts. Participant motivation and learning outcomes will be discussed in the next research.

Due to the widespread use of modern information technologies in many countries, government agencies and individual companies are trying to assess the trust, reputation and behavior of citizens on the basis of personal data. Such assessment is called a social credit. Based on Chinese experience, this article identifies the impact of the Social Credit System (SCS) on the behavior of citizens and the problems that it poses in society. The purpose of the study is determine the importance of SCS in the formation of e-government. For this purpose, the principles of SCS “warning and punishment” were studied and key indicators used in the system were identified. Suggestions were developed to improve the effectiveness of SCS and prevent damage to the reputation of a law-abiding citizen by the system. The assessment of citizens on the basis of social credit allows you to get an information about not only the behavior of each person in the country, but also get an information about the general social situation in society. The presence in a society of a large number of citizens with a high credit rating can be an indicator of high quality of life in society. It can also be an indicator of the correct management of society and state.

The Rubik’s cube is 3D puzzle with 6 different colored faces. The classis puzzle is a 3x3x3 cube with 43 quintillion possible permutations having a complexity of NP-Hard. In this paper, new metaheuristic approaches based on Simulated Annealing (SA) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) are proposed for solving the cube. The proposed algorithms are simulated in Matlab software and tested for 100 random test cases. The simulation results show that the GA approach is more effective in finding shorter sequence of movements than SA, but the convergence speed and computation time of the SA method is considerably less than GA. Besides, the simulation of GA confirms the claim that the cube can be solved with maximum 22 numbers of movements.

This paper analyzes the curriculum referred to the software engineering undergraduate programs of 31 software schools in the 36 national model schools of software engineering (NMSSE) and analyzes the distribution of the courses. The result shows that the core courses offered by NMSSE cover the core courses released by the teaching guidance committee of computer science and technology of higher school under the Ministry of Education (TGC) and the optional courses are not consistent in the programs of NMSSE. The analysis result can be severed as a resource for improving programs and changing the curriculum in software engineering at the undergraduate level. Also it can provide the references for revising the professional norms.

Therefore, the course reformation is significant in the entire higher education reformation process so that new training plan can successfully carried out to train high quality talent. A novel course construction and content are proposed from the easy to the difficult. On the other hand, the analogy teaching method as well as the guide teaching method is created to attract students’ attention to mechanical manufacturing technology. The proposed reformation strategies for mechanical manufacturing technology can help student to improve basic abilities of analyzing and solving problem.

This study aims to describe the stress coping mechanism of the academic scholars from the College of Education (COEd) in one of the private higher education institutions in Cabanatuan City, Philippines. This is an action research that focuses on the assessment of the academic scholars’ stressors and their correlates. It involves systematic observations and data collection that enables the researchers to reflect, decide and develop a training plan for stress management. The findings show that monthly family income and economic-related stressors were highly correlated. This further explains that students with high family income are less likely to experience frequent stress. In contrary, students who belong to low-income families are more prone to experience frequent stress. In other words, students who belong to poor families are more vulnerable to stress. Likewise, monthly family income and physiological responses to stress had high interdependence, which means that students with higher socio-economic status are less likely to experience severe anxiety, while students belonging to low-income families tend to experience severe anxiety. The results of this quantitative analysis served as basis in designing or preparing the stress management plan for these students.

Customer service is an important area in the success of a system or a service. For services that have a relatively large customer base, the efficiency with which complaints are attended to becomes an issue. The Computer Centre of the Obafemi Awolowo University attends to students with various complaints majorly in relation to their e-portal accounts. Although efforts are in place to manage the crowd, there is still a major need for the complaint management service to save time and energy. The need for a system that can handle the enormous request and complaints of the undergraduate students of the institution is the thesis of this work. Design and implementation was done using the range of tools provided by the Microsoft Bot Framework. C# Programming language was used to implement the decision algorithm. Online web services were used to handle natural language understanding and the Bot Connector to implement the Web Canvas. Microsoft Azure Service was used to host the web after which evaluations were drawn through surveys. Thus, this study projected an easier flow of operations involving logging of complaints by students.

Classroom and laboratory infrastructure, food quality, and the environment cause many health issues to the students at colleges and universities, like back pain, eye issues, shoulder pain, and pain in the spinal cord. These problems affect many students' physical and psychological capacity, and students lose enthusiasm and intelligence. This study was conducted at Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET) to identify the ergonomic problems of students from attending lectures in class, performing different experiments in laboratories and workshops, and food quality at the canteens. This study focuses on ergonomic awareness and following rules and regulations for students and university administration. This research is conducted based on different questionnaires and the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method. Through questionnaires, we analyzed students’ physical and mental problems. The survey was conducted at the before mentioned university from a total of 104 random students. Using the RULA method, we take data from different postures of students while performing practical work in computer laboratories, mechanical workshops, and other laboratories. After analysis, it is found that the RULA score is almost 7, which is dangerous for health and further survey shows many health problems through questionnaires. It is suggested that universities should follow the ergonomics rules, make a good environment for classes, laboratories, and workshops also improve the food quality at the canteen to mitigate the health problems in students.

GML is the encoding specification of geospatial data, currently more and more geospatial data are represented in GML documents. In order to query GML data efficiently, appropriate index structure should be designed. As the application of XML in geospatial information field, the management of GML data can borrow ideas from the management technologies of XML data. Two types of existing XML path index technologies are analyzed, and a method to build path index for the GML document is proposed based on its storage schema. The path index records the sequences and levels of elements in the GML document. Tuples stored in tables can be quickly located for a query with the path index, and the structure information recorded in the path index can help to reconstruct the GML document.

In this article, watermarking algorithm is studied using digital watermarking technology based on the discrete wavelet (DWT) multi-resolution decomposition algorithm. Three-level wavelet decomposition is employed so that images are divided into three serial sub-graphs with high frequency band and one sub-graph with low frequency band. Since low-frequency information is more sensitive to human eyes than high-frequency information, watermarking is embedded into the high-frequency coefficients of the wavelet image. In our experiment, watermarking information is embedded into the original images by Matlab simulation. Besides, salt and pepper noise, Gaussian low-pass filter, amplifying 200% after narrowing 50% attack as well as JPEG coding are used to test the algorithm. Results show that our algorithm is robust and the visual effect is satisfactory.

Fusion of images with different spatial resolution can improve visualization of the images involved. This study tries to show that the fusion of the images from the same sensor system can improve quality of the original images. Four image fusion algorithms were used in the study of data fusion of Landsat 7 ETM+ imagery, taking southeastern part of Beijing City as the case study, they are the Smoothing Filter-Based Intensity Modulation (SFIM), High-Pass Filter (HPF) Transform, Brovey Transform, Multiplication (MLT) Transform. The effectiveness of the four fusion algorithms has been evaluated based on mean, deviation, information entropy, average gradient and correlation. The study reveals that the SFIM transform is the best method in retaining spectral information of original image, which does not cause spectral distortion and it has highest spatial frequency information. Therefore, fused images from the same sensor system can be used for improving visual interpretation and data quality.

By the computation and plotting of MathCAD, the effect theory of pricing changes is further studied, and an important conclusion is proved: Hicks demand curve and Slutsky demand curve move with the initial price changes, whereas Marshall demand curve remains invariably. This result enriches the effect theory of price changes. Moreover, MathCAD offers an auxiliary tool for practical researches, and realizes the perfect integration of economy, mathematics and computer science.

This paper makes analysis on theories of D-S evidential reasoning, rough sets and extenics sets, the three of which hold similarities in defining uncertainty sets. It’s feasible to introduce relevant theories and methods of extenics into information fusion and a method of extenics fusion (MEF) is presented as well. The method combines extenic correlation function with Dempster method and is considered to be a good solution in solving evidence collision and BPA function in information fusion method basing on D-S evidential reasoning. With the difference of transfer functions, the paper designs a method of extenics fusion. The simulation test results show that MEF is better than the traditional D-S evidential reasoning and is applicable to all kinds of evaluation problems.

Such method may provide customized ERP system quickly based on specific information management requirements. It may vary with the change of management requirements in an economic, cost-effective and fast way.
