Agile focuses on delivering small increments of the project quickly. Unlike, in traditional practices, project development is initiated after gathering complete requirements. There are different techniques that are used for requirement engineering in agile. Few techniques includes, Extreme programming, Scrum and Feature-Driven Development. This research discusses the problems faced in requirement engineering in agile. Requirements variability and team size are few such problems faced in agile. A comparison of traditional and agile practices is presented in later sections through survey. The survey was filled by IT professionals in Pakistan and results were analyzed. The results indicate that requirements variability causes main problem in requirement engineering process. In addition, good customer relationships help to gather requirements effectively. Teams working in agile are quite satisfied by the customer as compared to teams implementing traditional practices. Moreover, the ways through which efficiency can be attained in requirement engineering is presented. There are different techniques such as, use cases and prototyping that can be used for requirement engineering for efficient results.

At present, there are many problems with the cooperative education model in China. Some of these are external environment, and there are also some problems in the process of cooperation, which requires common solutions among government, industry, schools and businesses. To ensure the cooperative education develops effectively,the successful experiences of foreign countries should be adopted to establish a protection mechanism and explore specific measures to ensure both school and enterprise benefit from it. This paper firstly defines the concept of cooperative education model. Secondly, it reports on the different policies implemented in western countries, and then thirdly proposes the principles and basic framework of building cooperative education. Finally some measures are proposed to address the present problem of cooperative education model. The study substantiated the meaning of cooperative education model, and suggested that China needs to seek its own development path for cooperative education.

In this work we present RWARS, a novel recommender system that recommends research work area. So far a number of recommender systems have been developed in the field of e-commerce, e-services, e-library, entertainment, tourism and social networking sites. However, when it comes to the area of education, not much work has been done. So to extend the utility of Recommender systems in the field of education, we have developed RWARS. We have used Cosine similarity and Tanimoto coefficient for developing our system. The aim of this work is to compare the results obtained using each approach to find the most optimal one. Evaluation parameters that have been used are: Mean square error, Root mean square error and Coverage. At present, RWARS is still in its initial phase and its applicability can be further enhanced by converting it into an online system and it surely will prove to be a great boon for young researchers to select the most appropriate research area for them.

The new learning method of "Blended Learning" is widely applied. It integratess two typical forms of traditional classroom teaching and online teaching. How to unify them effectively? We explored the blended learning model .In the course of "Basic Program Design" we made an attempt for two years by using the example of teaching practice. We emphasized on the rates of attendance, including attendance in classroom and studying records on E-Learning. Student performance in classroom was recorded and immediately uploaded to E-learning platform. The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by thoroughly disserting in every detail of teaching, etc. Through the contrast, the quite good effect was obtained. This was the initial attempt to reform the learning model. In the future of teaching career, the effectiveness of blended learning model will be further explored in different courses.

Language points are explained to students one by one in traditional teaching, and their varieties make the first learning of a computer language rather difficult. All the language points in computer language courses are successive and interdependent, so any defect or misunderstanding would bring barriers to the subsequent learning. Based on the natural way of language acquisition of human beings and iterative models in software engineering, an iterative approach is put forward in this paper in order to maintain the consecutiveness of the language points and help students in their software research and development.

In order to solve the evaluation problem of automated guided vehicle system (AGVS) flexibility, a new feasibility evaluation approach is proposed according to the present research situation. This method can deal with the problem of AGVS rescheduling caused by provisional change of production tasks. The effectiveness of this method is also proved in this paper. Simulation result shows that the method can evaluate the reschedule feasibility under provisional situations. And the prospect of this method is also discussed in this paper. It is proved that the method is efficient and feasible.

Based on the analysis of training goals of network engineering in application-oriented undergraduate teaching, three professional directions were brought forward. Professional direction training was integrated from the teaching content in the forth year. Professional skills and vocational quality were the same important in the curriculum.

Based on “National Service Outsourcing Talents Cultivating Model Innovation Experimental Zone” project, research and practice on international service outsourcing talents cultivation are carried out in School of Information of Beijng Union University. The standards of service outsourcing talents are studied and curriculum reform is implemented in accordance with the standards. Furthermore, other various forms of outsourcing talents cultivation measures are put forward, such as cross-cultural education program, teachers exchange with foreign universities and bilingual teaching, customized talents cultivation cooperation with international famous enterprises and so on. Through a series of reform measures, students not only have the expertise of the information service outsourcing talents, but also have broad international perspective, good cross-cultural communication ability, excellent teamwork skills, and career aptitude.

The purpose of this study was to provide a new reform thought of college mathematics teaching. Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of traditional mathematical classroom teaching in class based on the information educational technology were analyzed in the paper. Secondly, the author proposed that course features, requests for teaching requirements, students’ statements and the cultivation of the abilities to analyze and solve problems should be considered when information educational technology was applied to mathematical classroom teaching and integrated with college education theories. Fundamentally, the quality of college mathematics teaching can be promoted steadily.

Web Services Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) modeling technique based on colored Petri net is proposed in this paper. Introduce a BPEL modeling principle based on colored Petri net, and a method of generating BPEL code from the colored Petri net. CPN Tools is used to build the colored Petri net model. At last, the case study of booking ticket was provided to illustrate the applicability of the transformation algorithm. The generated BPEL can run on Oracle BPEL server.

“Data Structure” is the core of computer science courses, which is closely related to “Programming Language”, “Discrete Mathematics”, “Operating System” and “Compiler Principle”. The five courses have a strong relationship between academic edge in the teaching content, teaching model and teaching method. This paper proposes a method of overall optimization based on a series of data structure courses teaching content. The method explains inherent relationships among the courses so as to avoid to be disconnected each other. As a result, general efficiency of the five courses teaching is increased and the students’ ability of the data abstraction and algorithm design is improved.

With the aim to improve the divisibility of the features extracted by wavelet transform in P300 detection, we research the P300 frequency domain of event related potentials and the influence of mother wavelet selection towards the divisibility of extracted features, and then a new P300 feature extraction method based on wavelet transform and Fisher distance is proposed, which overcomes the drawbacks of no systematic feature selection method during traditional P300 feature extraction based on wavelet transform. In this paper, both the BCI Competition 2003 and the BCI Competition 2005 data sets of P300 were used for validation, the results showed that the proposed method can increase the divisibility by 121.8% of the features extracted by wavelet transform, and contribute to the followed classification.

For fault diagnosis and data processing in coal mine safety production, this paper gives a kind of data processing method based on Grubbs's criterion and weighted data fusion. The method is based on intelligent detecting system and data fusion technology, it eliminates measurement data containing mistake errors by Grubbs's criterion first and then determines weight number in weighted data fusion, at last, it calculates fusion estimate to carry out fault diagnosis. The measured data verification shows that this kind of data fusion algorithm has advantages of more accurate results, simple algorithm and strong practicality, etc.

Rough set theory is an effective approach to imprecision, vagueness, and incompleteness in classification analysis and knowledge discovery .Attribute reduction is a key problem for rough set theory. While computing reduction according to the definitions is a typical NP problem. In this paper, basic concept of rough set theory is presented, one heuristic algorithm for attribution reduction based on conditional entropy is proposed. The actual application shows that the method is feasible and effective.
