The essence and content of social and economic security

Security is considered as a phenomenon that characterizes the essence of the state in which the object (its unity, development and existence) is not threatened by anyone and anything. The term ‘does not threaten’ refers to the inaccessibility of criteria, messages or direct influence that have the probability to destroy, disrupt or otherwise affect the unity of the object (social structure), or to complicate the circumstances of its existence, formation, etc., or to remove these circumstances and messages. In addition, security is implemented in all forms, depending on the types of social entities (individual, family, community, professional community, party, Association, government, country, nation, civilization, interstate associations, etc.), and, in addition, within the framework of those areas of social relations, in which the main interests of society are realized: financial, economic, political, environmental, humanitarian, information, military, etc. When considering the relationship between security in General and state protection in particular with the impact of the country, it is necessary to separate the definitions of ‘security’ and ‘security protection’...

The formation of joint-stock companies, its role in modern economic developments

The joint-stock company is a form of economic activity of organization, which its authorized capital is divided into some number of shares. Shares of JSC are issued by company and assigned to its shareholders with certain rights, including the right for company management and receiving a part of profit in the form of dividends of the company. The shareholder of the joint-stock company is an owner of company shares. In other words, shares are equity securities that assigned a share in the company’s business to their owners, and the shareholder is one of the owners of the company. Based on these, the article discusses the role of joint-stock company, history of development, conditions and establishment. Moreover, this study covers principles in implementation processes and advantages and disadvantages.

The system of ensuring social and economic security of the industrial sector

The methodological basis for the formation of the system of ensuring socio-economic security includes features of the industrial sector. The specifics of his defense was designed to show with the help of the methodological and operational foundations. Methodological framework is formulated based on the research process the functional specificity provide socio-economic security of the industrial sector. They form the perimeter of ensuring social and economic security, which is formed by the expectations of society from the defense system of the industrial sector of the country. Operating bases are complementary to the functional specificity of the system provide socio-economic security by means of the formation of a specific institutional framework. Among them, the following are noted: modeling, allowing multivariate escalation of adverse events in the industrial sector and methods of its evaluation; instrumental assistance, taking into account the need for instrumental diversity for the implementation of defense functions in changing criteria (the environment of the industrial sector, its structure and the state of inter-element connections); functional coherence as the need to balance the goals of ensuring the socio-economic security of the industrial sector with the objectives and values of the formation of the industrial sector of the country, which are fixed in the policy documents of the state.

In article development of interest in Islamic banking as to most of important tendencies of development of financial economy is considered. The modern Islamic bank leans in the financial and credit activity on a certain set of the financial instruments formulated by Sharia. Islamic banks carry out practically all traditional bank operations. In the activity they use various methods of financing, realize credit service of direct investments, carry out credit operations on the basis of leasing, rent and others worldwide. Islamic banks directly become large investors in national economies of the countries of the Muslim world. Besides, after assessment of economic efficiency of activity of data of banks, the governments of many countries began to enter amendments to the existing legislation for creation of more comfortable conditions for their activity. For a better understanding about Islamic banks there is a need of consideration of their operations which in every respect carry interest-free (but doesn’t mean profitless or unprofitable) and not speculative - Islamic character. In article on the basis of the deep and system analysis of set, financial instruments formulated by Sharia, the main norms of Islamic banks depending on their appeal to clients are described. Authors have made attempt to simulate several possible situations of interaction of financial and credit institutes with the partners and the efficiency of investment of capital for each of the parties is calculated. By results of the conducted research, one may say, that, despite so small period of existence, Islamic banks could provide alternative traditional the banking (financial and credit) services allowing to satisfy financial needs of each Muslim, regardless of the direction of financing, a form, a look and scales.

Trend models for the analysis of socio-economic security

The correctness of the trend choice for forecasting the characteristics of socio-economic security statistics can be qualified by the mean square error and the aspect of “Ascending” and “Descending” series (although there are other aspects, for example, the aspect based on the median of the sample). According to the proposed model, it is possible to predetermine the average monitoring errors for the development of the lower and upper limits of the forecast version of the values of the characteristics of socio-economic security statistics. The creation of a model is a rather labor-intensive process, as a result of which it is advisable to use, as a rule, the deterministic component of trend models when predicting the characteristics of socio-economic security statistics.

In the opinion of the author, in the conditions of the current modernization of the economy it is especially important to create conditions and establish a mechanism for access to the world stock markets and have a share in it. The article analyzes the dynamics and the state of the exchange commodity turnover for 2010-2016, studied the problems, theoretical proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of the stock market. In addition, a number of factors affecting the development of the stock market of the Republic of Uzbekistan are analyzed and grouped into groups based on regression analysis, the relevance of the relationship and the direct relationship between them and the conclusions for the development of factors that are high in this regard are determined. At the end of the article, there are a number of proposals for the development of the country's stock market.

This article discusses scenarios for determining priorities and prospects for the development of small business and private entrepreneurship in the construction industry, and also gives recommendations for increasing the volume of construction work. Thus, according to our analysis, the main factors affecting the development of the construction industry in the Tashkent region are industrial development, nominal wages, population and investment in fixed assets, and the main difference in these indicators in regional units is considered a serious problem. According to the results of the developed scenario, reducing the gap between these indicators in regional units will increase the annual growth rate of construction and installation work from 10.1% to 23.9%, which, in turn, will increase the number of builders in the construction sector by 242 units. As a General conclusion, the organization of payments between the manufacturer and the customer when purchasing products in the construction industry affects the development of the network, as well as CBS. In addition, gradual payment by the customer based on payment for completed construction works will play an important role in the development of market legislation in the industry, the elimination of monopolies and the development of IFRS.
