Бифуркационные поражения - одна из наиболее сложных областей для коронарных интервенций. Бифуркационные поражения составляют 15-20 % атеросклеротических поражений коронарного русла. Трудности лечения данной группы пациентов обусловлены большой вариабельностью анатомических характеристик бифуркаций, множеством подходов к их коррекции, сложностью оценки физиологической значимости изменений в ветвях бифуркации и высоким риском рестеноза в отдаленном периоде. Классификации не позволяют в полной мере прогнозировать исходы у пациентов с бифуркационными поражениями. Provisional-стентирование может применяться в большинстве случаев у пациентов как с ложными, так и истинными бифуркационными поражениями. Цель данной статьи - обзор современных классификаций бифуркационных поражений, рассмотрение методик бифуркационного стентирования, технических этапов их выполнения, а также современной доказательной базы.
