Actual tasks of development and assessment of the formation of the subject position of the future doctor in a medical university

The issues of the signifi cance of the educational process, which involves the activation of internal mechanisms of students’ motivation for learning, are considered. The author’s defi nition of the student’s subjective activity in educational and professional activities is given. Through an empirical study of the personal qualities of students that are actually manifested in the educational space of the university, three levels of development of subjective activity and motivation are identifi ed and substantiated, closely related to the levels of formation of the student’s subjective position. The dynamics of changes in personal indicators has been studied: the level of motivation and the formation of the subjective position. The data of an experimental study to determine the levels of formation of the subject position of students of a medical university based on personality diagnostics for the presence of subjective activity and motivation for successful activity at the stage of training at a university are presented.
