Возможности ICG-флуоресцентной визуализации лимфатических узлов у больных раком мочевого пузыря

«Золотым стандартом» лечения агрессивных форм рака мочевого пузыря является радикальная цистэктомия. Важным этапом является проведение тазовой лимфаденэктомии. Данная процедура имеет решающее значение для стадирования опухолевого процесса, определения последующей тактики лечения и улучшения результатов оперативного вмешательства. В настоящее время активно развивается концепция сигнального лимфатического узла, позволяющая снизить необходимый уровень диссекции лимфатических узлов таза. Уменьшение количества резецированных лимфатических узлов повышает уровень хирургической безопасности пациента. Ведущим способом интраоперационной визуализации сигнальных лимфатических узлов предстает флуоресценция индоцианином зеленым в ближнем инфракрасном диапазоне спектра. Перспективы данного метода диагностики при радикальной цистэктомии у больных раком мочевого пузыря определяют вектор будущих научных исследований в этой области.
