Involvement as a concept of interaction of stakeholders of the experimental project “professionalism”

Professionalism is one of Russia’s strategic development initiatives designed to improve the quality of life and the flexibility of the Russian economy. This federal project is aimed to solving the problems of the modern labor market while creating a flexible model of a system for training qualified personnel that meets the modern needs of economic sectors. It has been substantiated that the concept of interaction between project stakeholders should be involvement. Purpose of the article: to investigate involvement as a concept of stakeholder interaction in the pilot project “Professionalism”. Research methods: stakeholder approach, actor’s approach, conceptual analysis, mind mapping method. The essential features of the involvement of project stakeholders are disclosed, factors of influence on the involvement of stakeholders, the benefits of involvement for external (government, business) and internal (personnel studying open source software) stakeholders are shown. The conclusion about the expediency of referring to the involvement of stakeholders in the implementation of the pilot project “Professionalism” has been substantiated.
