Education of professionally significant strong-willed qualities to students as the basis of the individual's organizational culture in the physical and sports development

The article discusses the education of professionally significant strong-willed qualities to students as the basis of the individual’s organizational culture in the physical and sports development. The authors point out that the challenges of the Federal State Educational Standards of the Russian Federation to the bachelor of high school focus on the graduate student’s specialization as a competent bachelor who is able to develop purposefully himself in his qualifications. They should independently comprehend the technologies associated with the profession, and be always ready to overcome obstacles. Purposeful formation and development of professionally significant activity strong-willed qualities in the pedagogical system of physical education increases the preparedness of students of higher educational institutions for future professional functioning.
