With the development of higher education in China and the expansion of cooperation with other countries, Chinese higher education institutions are exploring the ways of international cooperation in the field of higher education. China and Germany are important partners in higher education. In recent years, Sino-German cooperation has demonstrated such characteristics as variety of forms, strong government support, and diverse goals of mutually beneficial cooperation. Sino-German higher education cooperation is a good example of China's model of international cooperation, which can be used as a guide to restore and promote Sino-foreign higher education cooperation in the post-epidemic era. The purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of cooperation between China and Germany in accordance with the developed model. The authors analyzed the current problems of interaction between China and Germany in the field of higher education and substantiated the need to resolve them. Currently, the EU is focusing on developing relations with China in the field of higher education, but in fact the EU has introduced many restrictions, which have narrowed the space for cooperation. The growing level of instability in Sino-European and Sino-German relations has caused the rapid development of Sino-German cooperation in the field of higher education to become a bottleneck. However, it is useful to effectively utilize new opportunities provided by the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Germany, to normalize international exchanges in post-epidemic era. The experience of Sino-German cooperation provided by many universities can promote the development of Sino-German relations in higher education.

Cultural component in interaction at level A1 in terms of common European framework of reference

The authors identified a cultural component for teaching English primary schoolchildren at level A1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). The purpose of the study was to identify and describe what knowledge, skills and abilities primary schoolchildren must have to interact effectively within the framework of CEFR speech interaction for level A1. During the analysis, interaction types were identified and described. Then the intercultural component was identified within each type of interaction at level A1, and on this basis, author’s educational materials were developed. The authors identified three types of communication, namely, oral, written and online interaction. Within each type of interaction the authors identified and described the intercultural component. The cultural component was identified and described as a set of knowledge, skills and abilities that primary schoolchildren must use in each method of interaction. For further research more cultures can become the focus of the analysis. This would help to identify cultural similarities, differences, and characteristics of communication types between the representatives of different cultures. The results of the study can be used to teach the cultural component to younger schoolchildren in the process of interaction at level A1.

A non-native speaker's ability to master a foreign language depends on practice, so teaching English to non-native speakers in a non-English speaking society makes it difficult to practice and use English. Educational institutions in Russia are seeking the ways to address this issue. Cooperative learning is one of the techniques that provides learners with an opportunity to develop communicative competence for English foreign language learners. The study aims to evaluate how cooperative learning impacts the development of communicative competence of non-native speakers of English in Russia. The author analyzed the existing research on the issue and applied cooperative learning in the education process of 60 students studying English for Specific Purposes (ESP). The impact of cooperative learning was assessed via a survey after the educational course was completed. The results showed that cooperative learning enhances English language learners' communicative competence. The results of the research can be used to teach English for Specific Purposes at universities.

Russian universities strive to implement strategies to enter the global educational space and increase the number of international students, as this is the crucial indicator of a university’s success. The implementation of these strategies involves not only the introduction of innovation in the educational process, but also the creation of favorable conditions for international students. However, academic migrants have to adapt to these new conditions, as they will differ from the conditions in the home country. Although many institutions put efforts to maximize students’ adaptation and acculturation, the desired outcome is yet to come and the search for effective practices is still a pressing challenge. The organization of socio-cultural support as an adaptation tool in the intercultural environment is of great importance. The research aims to examine the current conceptions and best practices of sociocultural support in the academic environment, reveals the major challenges of the international students, identifies the international student’ satisfaction rate and suggests the model of sociocultural support in SUSU. The authors employ qualitative research with the data obtained from the interviews, classroom observations, and satisfaction survey among 30 international students. Modern concepts and certain practices of sociocultural support for international students in the Russian academic environment are examined, their major challenges are revealed, the level of satisfaction of international students with the quality of sociocultural support at SUSU is determined, sociocultural pedagogical model for student support is elaborated. The implementation of the suggested model is supposed to contribute to more efficient adaptation of international students into Russian educational environment.

Both society and the state need competitive specialists who can be successful in a multicultural world. This ability is an integral characteristic of the personality. However, in modern research more attention is paid to the study of the language and speech components of the professional training of university students, rather than the multicultural aspects of their professional competence. Therefore, the purpose of our study is to develop and describe a methodic for the formation of multicultural personality of students. The authors analyze the concepts of “multicultural education” and “multicultural personality”. The modeling method allowed the authors to describe and propose a methodic to form the multicultural personality of students. The methodic includes three stages: cognitive-normative, communicative-activity and evaluative-reflexive. To model the process of formation of multicultural aspects of professional competence, psychological and pedagogical diagnostics of the awareness of students of the second and fourth year courses was carried out via the author's criterion-level scale. The authors offer a system of specific methods to use the materials of the textbook “Practical Course of the German language” as well as effective forms and methods to develop students' multicultural personality.

Обучение переводу в контексте развития новых гуманитарных наук

Система обучения переводчиков нуждается в реформировании и внедрении инноваций. Основными предпосылками для реформирования системы являются национальный Проект «Новые гуманитарные науки», реализуемый с 2019 года, и социальный запрос китайского общества на профессиональных переводчиков высокого уровня квалификации. В процессе внедрения концепции реформирования преподавания русского языка и разработки образовательных программ по русскому языку в Китае потребность в молодых одаренных переводчиках стала ощущаться особенно остро. Поэтому необходимо инновационное развитие как образовательных программ, так и методов обучения переводу. Целью статьи является разработка модели подготовки переводчиков с китайского языка на русский и с русского на китайский с учетом тенденций развития новых гуманитарных наук. В статье описывается авторская модель обучения переводчиков в соответствии с концепцией реформирования преподавания русского языка; приводятся методы реформирования системы обучения переводчиков, основанные на анализе текущей ситуации. Модель представляет собой совокупность педагогических условий, позволяющих решить выявленные проблемы: повышение качества содержания курсов перевода на русский язык; учет идеологических и политических ориентиров в обучении переводу; внедрение образовательных инноваций в модель обучения переводу на русский язык и с русского языка на китайский. Значимость педагогических условий состоит в содействии повышению уровня преподавания перевода в стране.

Преподавание русского языка в Китае: история и проблемы

Китай и Россия - стратегические партнеры, добившиеся больших успехов во многих политических, экономических и культурных аспектах. Безусловно, язык играет чрезвычайно важную роль в отношениях между двумя странами. Однако существует ряд трудностей и нерешенных вопросов в области изучения русского языка в Китае. Изучение русского языка в Китае началось в VIII веке. За прошедшие столетия сложились организационные формы и накоплен богатый практический опыт в сфере его преподавания. Однако и в настоящее время все еще возникают проблемы в этой области профессионального образования. Уровень языковой подготовки специалистов в Китае не отвечает современным требованиям к их знаниям русского языка. Целью статьи является выявление проблем в области обучения русскому языку и поиск способов их решения. Авторы выделили актуальные группы проблем в изучении русского языка в Китае. Среди них: несоответствие квалификации специалистов русского языка потребностям общества; проблемы в области организационного и методического обеспечения преподавания; проблемы уровня подготовленности, мотивации и инициативности студентов; проблемы, связанные с использованием цифровых технологий в преподавании. Разработаны рекомендации по решению выделенных групп проблем и совершенствованию преподавания русского языка в Китае.

Профессиональная подготовка переводчиков в вузах КНР: проблемы и решения

В связи с недостатками подготовки магистрантов по специальности «Перевод и переводоведение» в китайских вузах необходимо повысить качество образовательного процесса. Авторы считают, что активизация образовательного процесса возможна на основе активного использования в магистратуре метода проектов. Цель статьи - выявить проблемы подготовки будущих переводчиков в магистратуре и решить их с помощью метода проектов. Авторы выявили: недостаточный общекультурный уровень магистрантов как в родном, так и в иностранном языках; узость кругозора выпускников; плохую сбалансированность теории и практики перевода в учебном плане при явном преобладании первой; оторванность от реальной переводческой деятельности; недостаточную мотивированность магистрантов к совершенствованию профессиональных и личностных качеств. Авторы доказали, что метод проектного обучения, основанный на междисциплинарном подходе, повышает степень активности студентов в образовательном процессе. Студенты более активно участвуют в учебно-педагогическом взаимодействии, больше времени посвящают самостоятельной работе; сотрудничают друг с другом для проведения совместных исследований и внедрения инноваций. Активизация образовательного процесса на основе метода проектов позволяет повысить уровень профессиональных компетенций будущих переводчиков.

С 1980-х годов образовательная концепция «Образование, ориентированное на результат» (ООР) постепенно стала основной концепцией образовательной реформы в США, Австралии и Сингапуре. Она широко практикуется в инженерном и медицинском высшем образовании. В настоящее время китайские вузы фокусируются на подготовке высококвалифицированных специалистов со знанием русского языка в соответствии с концепцией ООР. Однако эффективность отдельных технологий и методик ее реализации в педагогике профессионального образования исследована недостаточно. Не разработаны конкретные теоретические и практико-ориентированные модели реализации образовательного процесса, соответствующего данной концепции. В данной статье анализируется реализация концепции ООР в преподавании русского языка как иностранного (РКИ). Цель исследования - разработать модель обучения русскому языку как иностранному, основанную на концепции ООР. В статье обосновывается положительное влияние концепции ООР на преподавание РКИ в китайских вузах; характеризуется модель обучения, основанная на концепции ООР; обобщаются рекомендации по созданию условий для реализации предлагаемой модели. Авторы выделяют три условия: повышение эффективности управления и профессионализма педагогов; налаживание синергетической интеграции производства, образования и исследований; реформирование образования на основе инновационных научно-практических достижений.
