Labor as a social phenomenon in Russian theological academies philosophy of the late XIXth - early XXth century

The article outlines the approaches to the interpretation of the phenomenon of labour in russian theological academies philosophy of the late xixth - early xxth century. As the author shows, along with an assessment of the importance of labour and diligence, the Orthodox philosophers attempted to give a deeper interpretation of the phenomenon of labour with immersion into socio-philosophical issues, including such an important one for russian thought as the issue of social justice.
