Пациентам на программном гемодиализе необходимо обеспечить длительно функционирующий постоянный сосудистый доступ. Транспозиция нативных вен, используемых для формирования артериовенозных фистул, обеспечивает создание таких доступов, превосходя по результатам выживаемости и безопасности синтетические сосудистые протезы и центральные венозные катетеры.
