The typology of teacher''S personality and the issue of pedagogical egocentrism

An attempt of creating a typology of teacher''s personality depending on domination of various types of meaning formations in his/her personality has been undertaken. The problem of «a pedagogical egocentrism» is under revision, the importance of its solving for the task of highly professional pedagogical personnel training is underlined.
