Theory and practice of evaluation of buildings - cultural heritage

This article is devoted to the evaluation of buildings - cultural heritage, the value of which is formed due to the cost of the material «medium» and intangible asset. The paper considers pricing factors, the use of standard algorithms and methods to assess the scope of applicability of each method. Identified general issues of relationships appraisers, engineers, restorers and culture distinguishing their contributions to the assessment. Showing the conditions of transition to the evaluation of the method of «black box». We consider the factors used to identify the building as a monument of cultural heritage. The author gives figures used in the practice of evaluation. The work has a methodological character.
