In modern high-tech society, mass and professional sport is integrated into the social sphere, acting as an independent institution that solves a large circle of topical issues. The social sphere is the essence of a number of industries and organizations with common objective functions aimed at the realization of social needs and the provision of public services, creating conditions for livelihoods and, ultimately, improving the quality of life of citizens. The article underlines the unique concept of the Integrated School of Higher Sportsmanship (KSHWSM). This institute has created an innovative approach to the training process, which accelerates the socialization, self-realization and rehabilitation of the individual. In addition, attention is focused on the problem of changing the behavioral model of young people associated with the widespread use of information technologies and full immersion into virtual reality, which impedes the harmonious development of the individual as a socially mature part of society. The current trend in the training process of athletes in the part of power martial arts is focused mainly on trained athletes who are able to show results that often have a significant commercial effect. Masters of sports in wrestling in the Olympic disciplines successfully perform in professional fights in martial arts, body-physical, and social component of which is in doubt. These are kinds of “without rules” fights that formally adhere to certain restrictions and are accompanied by judging in the ring and behind it, however, in essence they are a kind of “gladiatorial” fights in which injuries and blood only strengthen the financial component. In addition, these disciplines are promoted on the basis of private commercial clubs, in which the selection of athletes is pragmatic. Without criticizing this circumstance and, even more so, not advocating prohibitive measures in relation to this phenomenon, based on the freedom of choice of each individual's own model of self-affirmation, we suggest considering the experience of CSWF as a powerful resource of socialization and self-realization of various social groups of young people. Training under the guidance of well-known mentors, surrounded by current champions and masters, form the unique spirit of team cohesion and serve as a natural motivator for achieving maximum results.
