Суицидальное поведение при соматических и неврологических болезнях

Обзор литературы о риске суицидального поведения (СП) больных различными медицинскими болезнями. Наиболее важным независимым фактором риска после контроля социально-экономического статуса, депрессии и употребления алкоголя становится сама хроническая болезнь (как рак) с болевым синдромом и/или ограничениями функционирования. Показана важность скрининга СП в общемедицинской сети, помимо выявления депрессии. Персонал первичной медицинской помощи - ключевой «сторож» программы предотвращения СП, требующий целевого обучения. Биопсихосоциальный подход обращён на отдельные подгруппы пациентов с особо высоким риском СП. Дальнейшие исследования связи СП с медицинскими и неврологическими заболеваниями полезны для улучшения качества жизни, облегчения страданий пациентов и предотвращения СП.
