Суицидальное поведение при раке молочной железы у женщин

Представлен обзор литературы о суицидальном поведении больных раком молочной железы (РМЖ). Отмечено, что РМЖ относится к тяжёлым заболеваниям, при котором, начиная с момента выявления, лечения и всего последующего периода наблюдения, у многих женщин имеется повышенный суицидальный риск, обычно, в два раза превышающий среднепопуляционные значения. В качестве потенцирующих выступают факторы, связанные с заболеванием (травматическая операция и её последствия, изменение образа тела, при прогрессировании соматические симптомы боль, одышка, снижение способности к самообслуживанию), а также традиционно характеризующие суицидальную активность в населении (психические заболевания, одиночество, развод и др.), при минимальной роли алкоголя и ПАВ. Авторами обращается внимание на то, что несмотря на высокую актуальность вопросов профилактики самоубийств онкологических больных, систематически проработанных программ превенции, реализуемых на государственном и других уровнях, в настоящее время нет. За исключением отдельных инициативных территорий не разработана система выявления, регистрации и учёта суицидальных действий этого контингента, что не позволяет оценить масштаб проблемы, и рассчитать необходимый объём и характер превентивных мер. Всё это указывает на актуальность и важность более глубокого изучения вопросов суицидального поведения больных РМЖ, разработки и совершенствования мер превенции, внедрения их в клиническую практику.
