Суицидальное поведение пожилых

По данным ВОЗ (Российская Федерация - не исключение), уровни суицидов (УС) - наибольшие в пожилом (>65) возрасте, однако относительно редкие (к счастью) суициды более молодых (подростков) зауживают перспективу актуальной медико-социальной проблемы, дополнительно стигматизируя стариков. «Причина» суицидального поведения (СП) пожилых представлена сложным взаимодействием и кумуляцией биопсихо-социальных факторов. Приведены данные о генетической, нейробиологической, нейрокогнитивной и личностной составляющих (базисе и предиспозиции) СП. Большинство пожилых суицидентов страдает депрессией. Другие факторы риска включают суицидальные мысли, неблагоприятные жизненные события (потеря близкого, разлад в семье, ведущие к одиночеству), злоупотребление алкоголем и снотворными (последнее -нередко иатрогенное) как средство самолечения. Физическая болезнь с хроническим болевым синдромом и функциональные нарушения, питающие ощущение обременения, увеличивают риск СП при сочетании с депрессией, могут вызвать последнюю. Суицидогенез, возможно, отличный от «молодого», вписывается в современные концептуальные модели СП как межличностную. Показаны перспективы развития «геронтологического» сектора суицидологической службы.
