The strategy of personnel selection and its management has a pronounced relevance, since it affects the competitiveness of the company. The purpose of the article is to study the strategy of personnel selection and its management in a construction company with the use of the structural-analytical and prognostic methods. Strategies of personnel selection and its management are methodological, analytical, meaningful, productive, applied in nature and have some components. The philosophy of entrepreneurship teaches that when a company owner creates a construction business he must think about strategy of personnel selection and its management. Important issues are the problem of motivation of specialists; method of payment for their work; reporting system. The strategy of personnel selection and its management is of great practical importance due to the shortage of labor resources and the necessity of its rational and efficient replenishment. The development of a strategy of personnel selection and its management needs a scientific approach, analysis and description of the assessments of various methods of such development.
