Strategies of the labor self-determination of youth (on the basis of the study of the Perm youth)

The article is devoted to the features of the labor self-determination of young people. On the basis of the author's quantitative research of young people in Perm, four strategies of labor self-determination are formulated, reflecting the orientation toward career, public benefit, interests and simplicity of work. The content of the allocated strategies is described at the level of subjective evaluation of certain aspects of labor, preferred types of labor activity and attitudes to sociocultural conditions. The relevance of the implementation of certain strategies in today's global instability is substantiated.
