Специфика отношений к жизни и смерти у пациентов в остром постсуициде и у врачей-психиатров

Противоречивое и даже враждебное, стигматизирующее отношение врачей-психиатров к суицидентам отмечают разные исследования. Цель исследования: проверить наличие мировоззренческих различий в отношениях к жизни и смерти у этих двух групп. Материалы: опрос прошли 185 людей в остром постсуициде (214 дней, 64 юношей, 121 девушка, 16 до 27 лет, М=21,39±2,42) и 168 врачей-психиатров (49 мужчин, 119 женщин, 27 до 81 года, М=46,25±13,88). Методики: «Опросник временной перспективы Ф. Зимбардо», краткий вариант опросника «Опыт близких отношений», «Тест жизнестойкости», краткий вариант опросников «Отношение к смерти» и «Страх личной смерти», анкета «Опыт смерти». Результаты: Анализ различий t-Стьюдента показал, что врачи и суициденты расходились по большинству выбранных показателей (d Коэна 0,21-0,77). Они не различались по суммарному показателю «Опыт смерти», однако врачи отмечали больше столкновений со смертью незнакомых людей (х2(2,352)=37,57; р2(2,352)=8,837; р=0,012), опыт суицидальных попыток (х2(2,352)=206,195; р2(2,352)=38,73; р
