Состояние послеоперационного обезболивания продолжает оставаться неудовлетворительным во всем мире. Возможности применения опиоидных анальгетиков во многом исчерпаны, сопряжены с рядом осложнений, кроме того, жестко регламентированы законами Российской Федерации. Препараты группы НПВС имеют серьезные противопоказаний со стороны ряда пациентов. В связи с этим, особый интерес представляют средства, воздействующие на ^метил-Б-аспартат ионные рецепторы, играющие важную роль в механизмах формирования острой боли. В данном обзоре рассматривается эффективность применения микродоз кетамина, антиковульсанта габапентина, а также сульфата магния в схемах послеоперационного обезболивания.
