The results of the research conducted for the diversified company “Sinara”, which unites enterprises of various industry orientation, located in Yekaterinburg, are reflected. The analysis of the current needs of the company “Sinara” in personnel is carried out, the directions of development of personnel potential are studied, the analysis of the report on financial results is carried out. The possibility of using both non-financial and financial methods of influencing the motivation of the company’s management personnel in the absence of career growth is revealed. Various methods and measures for the retention of middle and top-level management personnel are proposed, which may take place when they are used in organizations of various forms of ownership and spheres of activity.
