В статье обобщена информация, посвященная проблеме лимфореи у больных раком молочной железы после радикальных мастэктомий. Установлены этио-патогенетические факторы, приводящие к развитию лимфореи, описаны особенности клинического течения лимфореи и методы диагностики, а также различные способы профилактики лимфореи.
