The world market for design services, like the Russian market, is developing rapidly, and society does not have any time to respond to changes in design. In addition, the investment of money in design for the consumer should be associated with value settings in this area that society has not formed yet. By exploring the behavior of design service consumers, we are involved in the very essence of a new consumer model based on a conscious attitude to ourselves, to the environment and society as a whole. The authors of the article show how to find optimal ways and means to create a portrait of the consumer of such services and form a communication strategy.
