State and prospects for developing strategic management of the motivation scheme in the sphere of radio industry

The main component of the company’s development strategy is the creation of an effective employee motivation system aimed at achieving strategic goals and objectives. The article explains the creation of an incentives system for workers in the radio industry formed in accordance with the strategy of a particular organization, and describes the system of motivation based on KPI indicators using the Balanced Scorecard methodology. This system allows using an individual approach when awarding bonuses taking into account the fulfillment of the work plan of each employee of the company, which is very important at technical enterprises, especially in the radio industry.
