The content of a step aerobics class with hip-hop movements for female students aged 18-20 aimed at improving anthropometric indicators, weight and body composition

Currently there is a trend of increasing physical inactivity among young people. One of the ways to solve this problem can be aerobic exercises that are especially popular among female students. In this regard, the authors suggest that step aerobics classes with hip-hop movements for female students aged 18-20 will allow to increase their physical activity and lead to improving their anthropometric indicators, weight and body composition. The article presents the content of an experimental step aerobics class with hip-hop movements, and also the basic data of the indicators under study.
