Career guidance and its efficiency for young people willing to take up law enforcement

The researcher sets forth her approach to undertake guidance for young people’s career in law enforcement agencies and estimates its efficiency. The research went through several stages: providing with career information, career consulting, career selecting and career adaptation. The author employed various methods and means of psychology and pedagogy, solved the tasks on building up and developing the main components of readiness to work in the system of the Interior Ministry.
