Samples of condensed milk product with sugar with a partial replacement of sucrose by the caramel acid syrup have been produced as well as organoleptic and physicochemical quality metrics of quality have been determined. It was found that manufactured product requires fixed GOST (State Standard Specification) R 534362009 “Canned milk products. Milk and sweetened condensed cream product. Technical requirements”.
