On analyzing the experience of implementing subject-oriented training in Russia, the authors identify problems of resource support for the implementation of educational programs. It is argued that in the conditions of limited resources of educational organizations, the implementation of network projects of subject-oriented training for high school students on the basis of universities is defenitely relevant. The article discloses the methodology and technology for implementing the network project in Uluanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov. The article shows the goals, objectives and mechanisms of Distributed Learning Lyceum in Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University, its resource support for activities (regulatory, human resources, software, educational, laboratory, scientific and methodological).
