Self-control and reflex as parameters of valeological lesson in inclusive education

This article discusses the principles of inclusive education - the value of the person, the right to communicate, support and friendship, develop existing skills. Outlined the conditions of inclusive education - methodical, material, personnel. The concepts of «valeology» as obtaining health through education, «valeological approach»» as a systematic organization of all elements of the educational process - lessons, teaching methods, hygiene standards in classrooms, psychological atmosphere. The parameters of valeological lesson, one of which is the application of methods aimed at developing self-knowledge and self-esteem and self-analyze. Noted age features of formation of self-esteem of younger pupils, based on value judgments of parents, teachers and peers. Is described as a specific feature of reflexivity valeological approach to the lesson, it noted the need for reflection as students and teacher. Shown reflection means suitable for use in primary school - an oral discussion, movement, posture, color, line, music, written questionnaires, picturesque or graphic representation of the changes taking place with the student during the lesson of the day or week, use a notebook of student achievement for all academic disciplines of primary school, cards for reflection, reflective diary junior student. The means of formation of self-control and self-esteem of younger schoolboys - criterial evaluation scale, iconic symbols, the estimated ladder, step by step control algorithms, self-control lists, taking into account gender differences, self-control techniques for critical thinking development technology.
