В обзоре представлены возможности лапароскопии в лечении ургентных осложнений после эндоскопических вмешательств, показано, что лапароскопия уменьшает число осложнений после реоперации, смертность, продолжительность госпитализации, улучшает качество жизни, уменьшает боль и обеспечивает быстрый возврат пациента к обычной активности.
