Results of application of the minilaparotomy at patients with sharp cholecystitis

115 patients with sharp cholecystitis during the period from 2002 to 2013 are investigated. Average age of men was equal to 59,5±8,2 years, at women - 54,3±9,5. Patients were divided into 2 groups depending on a way of a minilaparotomy for cholecystectomy performance. It is proved that the advanced way of a minilaparotomy when performing a cholecystectomy increases an availability zone by 3,3 cm 2 that provides big freedom of operating in comparison with a traditional minilaparotomy.
