In article the author focuses attention that the physical education as a whole possesses great and diverse opportunities for impact on the different parties of mental life and development of the person - intelligence, feelings, will, motives, creative processes. The author argues that the new aesthetic-semiotics approach defines a substantial and procedural basis of a humanization of education; complete idea of regularities of development of the person as beings natural, social and spiritual.
