Development of key indicators of efficiency in the staff assessment

The article reveals the theoretical basis for managing the processes of interaction between the personal and strategic goals of the organization. Evaluation of the performance of KPI was considered using the example of a project team. It has been found that the use of several management instruments allows more fully assess the employee's contribution to the company's activities.
