Распространенность и факторы риска самоубийств среди коренных народов: обзор зарубежной литературы

Среди коренных народов, проживающих в России, регистрируются непропорционально высокие показатели самоубийств. Подобная ситуация наблюдается в ряде других стран, где проживают коренные народы, в том числе, в США, Канаде, Австралии, Новой Зеландии, Бразилии. Знание причин и факторов риска суицидального поведения необходимы для разработки профилактических мероприятий по предотвращению самоубийств. Цель исследования: анализ зарубежной литературы для получения информации о распространенности самоубийств среди коренных народов, проживающих в разных странах, и выяснении причин и факторов риска суицида. Методы. Проведен систематический поиск научных статей и статистических баз данных по вопросам распространённости суицида среди коренных народов, причин и факторов риска. Для поиска рецензируемой литературы мы использовали электронные базы pubmed и medline, и электронные ресурсы официальных государственных сайтов. Глубина научного поиска составила 10 лет, период поиска - с 2007 по 2016 годы. Результаты. Выявлен разный уровень суицида среди коренных народов, проживающих в зарубежных странах. Высокая распространенность самоубийств регистрируется среди коренных популяций в США, Канаде, Австралии, Бразилии, Новой Зеландии. Относительно невысокие показатели регистрируются среди саамов - коренных народов, проживающих в Скандинавских странах - Швеции и Норвегии. Анализ причин и факторов риска показал, что все коренные народы испытали стресс насильственной ассимиляции. Однако аборигены США, Канады, Австралии, Бразилии и Новой Зеландии пережили тяжелый стресс колонизации и этнических чисток, нанесших серьезный удар по здоровью последующих поколений, приведших к «осложненному горю», которое клинически проявляется высоким уровнем психических болезней, алкоголизма, наркомании, смертностью от неестественных причин, в том числе, суицида. Выводы. Опыт, накопленный за рубежом, может быть полезен для правильного понимания социальных процессов, происходящих в коренных популяциях на современном этапе развития общества, и поможет выработать стратегию профилактики самоубийств среди коренных народов, проживающих в России.
