Psychological and pedagogical competence of a primary school teacher

This article examines the psychological and pedagogical competence of a primary school teacher. Since the teaching of younger students can be formed only on a broad theoretical basis in the process of problematic presentation of theoretical material in the course of an active discussion of various points of view available in the scientific and methodological literature.
