The training structure of athletes engaged in hip-hop, as a part of fitness aerobics, is extensive and has a number of features. This is due, above all, to the great variety of dance styles used in sports composition as well as its high intensity. The authors presented the hip-hop training session plan for top class athletes with the use of special materials, various styles of hip-hop movements and teaching techniques.
