Prevention of conflicts among service staff

Under study are different styles of behaviour in conflicts, conflict prevention methods and the role of chief police officers in resolving conflicts. A poll involved 126 Law enforcement officers (trainees of professional training faculty). It was determined that 107 officers (84,9 %) identified the only appropriate style for themselves in conflict situations. 51 respondents (47,6 %) preferred a style of cooperation, for 19 respondents (17,9 %) it is the style of avoidance, 13 respondents (12,1%) chose the style of compromise, priority for 12 respondents (11,2 %) is the style of competitiveness, 12 respondents (11,2 %) choose the style of adjustment.
