System design preventive-educational work in educational institutions of the MIA RF

The purpose of this study is to substantiate the main components of the designed system based on the results of the analysis of the main methodological problems of designing a system of preventive and educational work in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation: goal-oriented, subjective, functional-activity, meaningful diagnostic-effective, co-subjective; as a hypothesis, the assumption is made that the process of determining educational technologies should be organized within the framework of free (personality-oriented) goal-setting, when the participants in the interactions construct their own goals; the task is to systematize the technologies of personality-oriented preventive education of discipline; scientific result of the research - the pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the projected system of preventive and educational work are substantiated.
